Named after the owner of Beyti, the most famous meat restaurant in Istanbul, beyti kebab is made from adana (mixed lamb and beef) in fresh lavash with mozzarella cheese and babaganhus finally grilled, topped with bottom yogurt, topped tomato sauce and pistachio, served with mix of salad.
